I am a longtime welfare rights worker, currently offering benefits advice through my website, in exchange for donations to a local charitable cause I am involved with. My website is: http://carol-laidlaw.blogspot.com
I think this service would be of particular use to people who can't travel easily or queue and so can't access an advice agency, or people who want a fast answer to a question or a benefit check.
